ITC-8006
Coin Line Qualifier
The Wesroc® Coin Line Qualifier™ assists a Technician with
verification that a line has been properly provisioned for a
coin operated payphone.
Any other problems that may exist would be payphone or
central office related (international call deny, long
distance carrier assignment, etc.) and would not require
another trip by the technician to make sure the coin line
was working properly. This test device also ensures that SLC-type
cards were correctly installed and/or optioned to operate a
payphone.
Qualifies:
- Line Voltage
- Loop Current
- Loop Polarity
- Collect / Return Signal
- Initial Rate Check
- Insufficient Deposit
- Station Ground Quality
Benefits:
-
Effective test of coin line without a payphone connected to the
line.
-
Eliminates double and triple dispatches to provision a coin
line.
-
Verifies the proper circuit cards are installed to provide coin
service.
(Central office, Subscriber Line Carriers - SLC's, Light Spans,
Etc.)
-
Uses "English Voice output" to present results & prompt test
sequence.
-
Automatically completes tests and reports results.
-
Aids Troubleshooting to isolate problem to either payphone or
the line.
-
Includes a "warble" Tone for line tracing.
-
Two levels of test results: Pass/Fail and Actual Readings.
-
LED's show Visual Pass/Fail indication.
